Which would ensure , not only the proper performance of the machine foundation system, but also the efficient co-operation of the machine, minimizing its wear and tear. We have worked almost all over the country for Govt. Dept ., Public sector, engineering consultants, private organisation, the nature projects include marine construction, bridges, multistoried building, etc. We have field units comprising Diamond core drill, Rotary drill, Auger equipment and centralised Laboratory at our head office where we have all facilities. Field Units Diamond core drills, Rotary drills and Auger units. The rotary drilling equipments are capable of drilling up to 100m in soil and rock terrains. We carry out the routine tests like standard penetration, etc. Static Cone Penetrometer The 10 tone capacity power operated hydraulic static cone equipment is capable of testing up to a depth of 60m in soil formations. In addition, we have a 3 tone capacity machine capable of testing up to a depth of 15m in soil. Pressure Meter Where soil layers do not yield good undisturbed samples, this is used for determining the in-siter properties. This is for testing soil formations up to a depth of 15m with capacity of 25000 Kpa. The results of these tests can be useful to adept for foundation design in stone column. 20 T Static cone Penetrometer The eliminate weak area in bearing starta for pit foundation, this is used. It can penetrate these bearing strata other than medium and hard rock. This is power operated with hydraulic augering system. Dynamic soil Test This is conducting for dynamic tests using Block vibration method to determine dynamic soil parameter. It is capable to conduct test on 10*10*1.5m block at all soil formations. Soil Resistivity This is used to ascertain the electrical resistivity of the soil and for determining the availability of hard strata even at 15m. The data obtained is useful to determine earthing Sub-Stations and Gas pipelines. Marine Exploration Soil exploration in marine including River, Sea, Dam reservoirs back water etc. The equipments are erected in Barger, Boats and plat forms. This can be used in water up to a depth of 30m and wave heights 2.5m. S&A is having own Barger for exploration. S&A done the Core drilling in Sea, River, Dam up to 50m. Laboratory We have an up to date laboratory equipped with all electronic sensor, modern facilities and to carry out the tests as detailed in ISI, ASTM, BIS. Permeability Test This is performed in the holes for determine the valuable data for design. We are capable to do the test up to any depth. Echo Sounder We are having the echo sounder , where we cannot use the stick/Bamboo for measure the depth. We are using Echo Sounder, which is capable to measure the depth up to 100m.
