(A) We hold discussions to sort out the problems in construction,planning,designing and programming of work which will save the implementation period of the project. (B)The expenditure incurred in paying the travailing and daily allowance to outside Consultants when they are called for discussion, can be avoided. Since we are at Bhubaneswar, we are always available for discussion, etc. without incurring any expenditure on this account. |
